Dear Parents,
I hope everyone is well during these difficult times. I just wanted to remind you of the importance of making sure you do the COVID self-assessment for your children every morning before they come to school. If they have any symptoms, they must stay home and have a COVID test before they can return to school. All siblings must also stay home until you get the results of the COVID test. If the child tests negative, they and their siblings can return to school once they are symptom free.
If the child doesn't have a test, they all have to stay home for 10 days and be symptom free for 24 hours at the end of the 10 days.
I will also send an email with this information and the symptoms of COVID and links to the student COVID screening tool. If you have any questions, please contact the school at 613-239-2214.
