Mr. Welch has been running a bread club with students in grades 4, 5, and 6. Every Wednesday, 8 student volunteers work through their first recess to learn how to make bread. Students learn how to follow a recipe and also how to knead dough. The group then hands out fresh bread to one of the classes and to all staff in the building. Almost every student in the Junior division has signed up for this opportunity!
